About

Who makes this

The Fresh Week publishes weekly meal plans and weeknight recipes. The premise is simple: the hard part of eating well is not cooking — it is deciding, listing and shopping. So we do that part properly: a real grid for the week, a grocery list generated from the actual recipes, and a prep hour that makes Wednesday easier on Sunday.

How it is made

Recipes and plans are developed with the help of AI tools and edited and checked by a person before publishing. Grocery lists are generated directly from each plan's recipes — nothing appears on a list that the week does not use. We say this plainly because you are entitled to know what you are buying.

The food photography on this site is AI-generated. It is illustrative — it shows the kind of meal a recipe makes, not a photograph of that exact dish being cooked in our kitchen. The recipes themselves are real, tested and written to be cooked; the pictures are not evidence of anything. We would rather tell you that than let a picture make a promise the page does not.

What we are not

We are not clinicians, dietitians or coaches, and nothing here is medical or nutrition advice. We publish structure — plans, lists and recipes. What any way of eating means for your body is a conversation for a qualified professional who knows you. See how we write and the disclaimer.
